The client unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, videos, designs, trademarks or other artwork furnished to Ireland Website Design for inclusion for your web design project are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each, and will hold harmless, protect and defend Ireland Website Design and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the client.
In the case where Ireland Website Design provides stock imagery, it is up to the client to ensure that a licence has been purchased by Ireland Website Design to use the image(s). The client should also be aware that sometimes in place of licenced images, where a suitable image cannot be found, Ireland Website Design may use an unlicensed image for demo purposes.
It is the responsibility of the client to change that image before the website goes live. At all times it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all text, graphics, photos, videos, designs, trademarks and other artwork used on the website have licences or permission from the right owner of such work. Ireland Website Design will take no liability from consequences that arise from the use of such material.
The website design project delivery shall be completed upon receipt of the payment associated with delivery. Delivery may be accomplished by publishing or electronic transfer. The client assumes all responsibility for the use and functionality of the web design project. Where the client causes a delay in the delivery of the project, Ireland Website Design reserve the right to charge a fee for costs incurred.
