Project Kickstart & Content

With Teamwork (our project management software) in place, our operations manager can ensure everything is running on-time and on-budget. You’ll have access to real-time updates on your project’s progress – to keep you up-to-date and in-the-know.
We’ll migrate your products, previous orders, and customer accounts to your new website. We’ll also set up your integrations and work with your third party providers, like your EPOS company, to make sure your website is working to its full potential.
Now your website is fully built, it’s time to test it! This involves our eagle-eyed developers and staff hunting down any possible issues from the build process. If any are found, they’re fixed so your website is customer-ready for your launch.
At this point, you’re also invited to do a last check of the site to make sure you’re happy with how it looks and works.

With all our websites we include staff training – the level of detail and complexity this goes into is entirely your choice.

The first session shows you the ropes of how your new site works, covering the basics to get you comfortable adding new products, updating text and graphics, and working in the admin area.
