The Inner Works Factory was founded by two driven, dedicated professional women. With experience in culturally-diverse, fast-paced, results-driven environments like IBM and AerLingus, they provide business and management consultancy services, as well as career coaching and mentoring.
Focusing on encouraging strong and brave leadership, they believe in people and provide them the tools they need to embrace change – and thrive on it.
The Task
As a new enterprise, The Inner Works Factory wanted their online presence to evoke professionalism and trustworthiness. Looking to attract both professionals and students, their brand image needed to speak to, and connect with, both target audiences.

After a series of deep-dive discovery sessions, our strategists and designers had a clear vision for the company’s branding and positioning within the coaching industry.
Combining a deep navy and rich gold colour palette, our designer evokes a high-end, trustworthy image for the brand. Working closely with The Inner Works Factory founders, our copywriter completed a full content strategy and wrote the entire site’s text.
