Pressure Welding Manufacturing was founded in 1980 by Jack O'Dwyer and is located in County Tipperary.
They cater to a variety of clients in specialist industrial sectors including: Pharmaceutical, Beverages, Food, Dairy & Semiconductor. They provide steel products and mechanical engineering services and are at the forefront of the engineering industry.
The Task
With their old site severely under-performing in sales conversions, Pressure Welding Manufacturing contacted us for a complete overhaul. After an in-depth discovery process learning about PWM’s clients, competitors and business aims, a plan for a new website and marketing strategy was conceived.

Via a series of on-site meetings, conference calls and deep analysis of the original website and business, we were able to create PWM’s current customer profile and figure out a future target market proposal. Due to the company’s high occurrence of repeat business with previous clients, we knew any strategy implemented would need to appeal to them, as well as attracting new companies in this highly competitive market.
We created a modern, clean and responsive design that works well on all devices, showcasing PWM’s portfolio and clients. The intention of the new website is to attract new business in a competitive market, generate higher lead conversion rates and re-position the company above their competitors in their industry. We’ve included effective call-to-actions and a brochure download as the company’s lead magnet.
